Boats loaded with bags of collected plastic moored at a floating village

Our Work

Our work is built around people, education and action.

Our work follows the water.

When the water rises in the wet season, plastic ends up in the flooded trees. When it falls, plastic is left on the ground. Since December 2018, with Ocean Recovery Alliance and other partners, clean-ups and awareness events have been planned around these two moments.

Every June, the Inland Ocean Festival brings communities together around the lake.

Villagers use poles and boats to clear plastic from the water's edge
